Where does The Project Store ship from?

Our shipments come from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and we ship world wide.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my parcel?

We cover all import duties on Australian orders. This should be done automatically but if you are charged keep a copy of the invoice and payment then get in touch with our Customer Care team. We will then happily refund these costs for you.

What Courier Will Delivery My Parcel?

Depending on the shipment service you choose during checkout, different couriers may be used:

Standard Shipping: YunExpress, Australia Post or Urmex
Express Shipping: DHL or FEDEX

Can I change from Standard Shipping to Express Shipping?

No, once the order is placed we cannot change the method of shipping

We want to make sure returns are as easy as possible to do, but if you need more information on our Returns Policy, please see below:

We will return or exchange any item purchases on The Project Store within 60 days of purchase. If you are outside the 60 days this must be approved by one of our managers.

Change Of Mind

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return it. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
None of these rules affect your rights as a consumer.

  1. The items must not be underwear, earrings, cosmetics, smile maker products, charity items, seconds, samples, customised personalised items or gift cards;
  2. We will only accept swimwear returns if the hygiene sticker and swing tags are attached to the product.
  3. Where possible all refunds will be returned to a credit note or gift card, an alternative refund tender will only be offered in the case of a faulty item, please see below;
  4. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
  5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
  6. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

To start a return please visit www.returns.theprojectstore.com.au and follow the prompts. Three various return/exchange options will be offered, listed below:

  1. Instant Exchange; where you can exchange the product/s for another product/s instantly and receive a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Please note the new exchange item will only be released from the warehouse once you have scanned your return at an Australia Post outlet. 
  2. Keep The Item; We will offer you to keep the item and not return it to us. We will offer you an amount refund amount based off the value of the products/s. No shipping is required, and the return will be refunded to a credit note or gift card.
  3. Return; where you can return the product/s you no longer want for a refund to store credit or gift card. You be given a pre-paid returns label which will cost $7.00AUD, this will be deducted from the refunded total.

Change of mind returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return into our warehouse.

 

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods for change of mind. 

 

Faulty Product/s Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process here www.returns.theprojectstore.com.au

Select "Damaged Product" as the return reason

The following rules to Faulty Returns Apply

  1. Where possible all refunds will be refunded to the original payment method an alternative refund tender will only be offered in the case of a faulty item, please see below;
  2. The refund is subject to approval by our returns team. The product/s must be deemed faulty in order for the refund to be processed.
  3. Approval of the return through the online portal does not guarantee approval by our returns department. 
  4. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

Faulty returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return into our warehouse.
